- In order to ensure a great experience for all guests, Creekstone Inn limits parking to one vehicle per room. Trailers, RVs, and campers are not permitted.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the first night’s projected charges.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival: 100% of the first night’s projected charges.
Policy Variations:
Cancellation terms may vary based on rate type, booking channel, or group reservations. For example:
- Flexible Rates may allow penalty-free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.
- Group bookings follow contract-specific terms.
- Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia or Booking.com are subject to the cancellation policies of those platforms.
Deposit Transfer Option: Guests may choose to transfer any paid deposit to a non-expiring Smoky Mountain Resorts e-gift card instead of canceling, to use toward future stays.
Note: This option may not be available for all rate types or bookings, such as non-refundable or group reservations, depending on the original terms.
- In order for a reservation to be modified it must be recalculated to current rates and promotions. A reservation cannot be modified once the reservation has been checked-in.
- Guests who do not check-out by the established check-out time will incur a $50 per hour late check-out fee. Guests that do not check-out by Noon will be charged an additional night at the current rate.
- Whenever a guest creates an “understay” they forfeit one night as an early departure fee.
- Check-in Prior to 4PM is $50 and is not guaranteed, a limited number of guaranteed noon check-ins may be available at a cost of $150. Guests may pre-register and begin using the amenities at noon on the day of arrival without an early check-in at no additional costs and return to the front desk after 4PM to complete check-in. Please note all members of your party will need to return to the lobby at the same time during the check-in process to activate their wristbands if you do a pre-registration for amenity use.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out ends at 10:00 am.
- For the safety of our guests, Segways, Hoverboards, self-propelled scooters, and similar devices are not allowed to be used, charged, or stored at the hotel.

- Creekstone Inn offers a two-level parking garage beneath the Creekstone Building. The Rivers Landing building has its parking lot. Additional parking is available across the street, near the pool. - No, we do not have roll-away beds or cots.
- We are a pet-free hotel. No pets of any size are permitted.

- With our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you can have complete confidence in your stay with our hotel. If your accommodations do not meet your expectations, please inform the Front Desk within 30 minutes of your check-in, and we will make every effort to remedy the situation. We will cancel your reservation and refund your stay if we do not resolve the issue.
- The registered guest must be 18 years old or older.
- For reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the first night’s projected charges will apply. For reservations canceled on the day of arrival, a Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the first night’s projected costs will apply. Starting October 1st, 2024, instead of canceling your reservation, Smoky Mountain Resorts can transfer your deposit to a non-expiring e-gift card, which you can use toward any future reservation.
- Deposit Policy: Each reservation requires a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus applicable fees and taxes. Packages that include tickets, etc., may require a deposit equal to the entire stay. The credit/debit card you provide will be charged immediately for the deposit amount. The credit/debit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. The remaining balance of room rates, packages, taxes, and fees will be collected at the time of check-in. If the cardholder is not present at check-in, a credit card authorization form is required.
