The staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. My room was very clean. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens. We upgraded to the larger room with bigger bed & kitchenette. What we didn't know was that put us on the other side of the Creek in the other hotel. Unfortunately most or all of those rooms do not have a view of the Creek, they are facing a bunch of ugly overgrown trees or dead downed trees in the water. 😢 There were occasional water fowl on the bank but I don't believe we seen as much as the other side. This hotel was very clean & quiet tho. Which was very nice. The decor was lacking in the room...2 pictures and they were both the same picture!??! 2 TV's with remotes but the TVs are too small for the distance to watch them from. You can't read the menu from the bed or couch. The AC worked very well. The Internet worked fine with no glitches. The kitchenette was fully stocked with anything you might need. Had a Hairdryer but no iron. The elevator ran very well & was quiet but had a god awful smell inside of it ..not sure what it was!?! The Pool was open but too cold to enjoy 😢. Breakfast buffet was good, they have replaced pancake maker for a waffle maker?? The staff was very friendly & personable. We will definitely be back but will opt for the queen bed & most likely stay on the office side of the creek for our next stay. Parking was a bit tight but we found a space each night. "We took a break from our usual hotel chains in Pigeon Forge and tried this budget spot—and we're so glad we did! It’s an older hotel but super clean, and **they serve a really good breakfast with pancakes, fruit, and biscuits and gravy.** There is nothing like sitting on a private deck watching ducks and geese play in the creek while the water falls over the rocks. It was such a peaceful stay; we've already decided to come back!"
