If your accommodations do not meet your expectations, please inform the Front Desk within 30 minutes of your check-in and we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Yes. Creekstone Inn has two buildings — the Creekstone Tower and Rivers Landing Tower — located on opposite sides of the Little Pigeon River. Both towers have Trolley stops nearby, river access, and private balcony rooms overlooking the water. The Rivers Landing Tower is adjacent to a playground, making it a wonderful choice for families with young children. If you have a building preference, please request it at the time of booking.

Creekstone Inn is located at 4034 South River Road, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee 37863, nestled along the banks of the Little Pigeon River. The hotel sits just off the main Parkway in a quieter setting while still being central to all Pigeon Forge attractions and less than 5 minutes from Dollywood.
- In order to ensure a great experience for all guests, Creekstone Inn limits parking to one vehicle per room. Trailers, RVs, and campers are not permitted.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival: No cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the first night’s projected charges
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival: 100% of the first night’s projected charges
Policy Variations:
- Flexible Rates may allow penalty-free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
- Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable
- Group bookings follow contract-specific terms
- Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia or Booking.com are subject to that platform’s cancellation policy
Deposit Transfer Option: Instead of canceling, guests may transfer any paid deposit to a non-expiring Smoky Mountain Resorts e-gift card for use toward any future stay. Note: This option may not be available for all rate types such as non-refundable or group reservations.

- Reservations must be recalculated to current rates and promotions when modified. Reservations cannot be modified after check-in.
- Guests who do not check out by 10:00 AM will be charged $50 per hour. Guests who have not checked out by noon will be charged an additional full night at the current rate.
- Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will forfeit one night’s stay as an early departure fee.
- Early check-in prior to 4:00 PM is available for $50 and is not guaranteed. A limited number of guaranteed noon check-ins may be available for $150. Guests may also pre-register at noon on their arrival day to begin enjoying resort amenities — including the complimentary breakfast buffet and river access — at no additional charge. Simply return to the front desk after 4:00 PM to complete check-in. Please note all members of your party must return to the lobby together to activate wristbands.
- No, there is no ATM available on-site. Please plan accordingly or use a nearby bank.
- For the safety of all guests, Segways, Hoverboards, self-propelled scooters, and similar devices are not permitted to be used, charged, or stored at the hotel.
- No, currently we do not offer a fitness center.
- Tidy-Up Housekeeping — removal and replenishment of bath towels and washcloths, and trash removal — is included with your stay. Full Service housekeeping is available for a $25.00 per day fee.
- Luggage storage is not available. However, guests may pre-register at noon on their arrival day to begin enjoying resort amenities — including the free breakfast buffet and river access — while waiting for their room to be ready. No early check-in fee required!
- We do not have cribs, but we offer a ‘Pack n Play’ for a minimal fee.
- No, we do not have roll-away beds or cots.

- Each reservation requires a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus applicable fees and taxes. Packages that include tickets or other items may require a deposit equal to the entire stay. The credit or debit card you provide will be charged immediately for the deposit amount. The card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. The remaining balance will be collected at check-in. If the cardholder is not present at check-in, a credit card authorization form is required.
