  • Flexible Rates may allow penalty-free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
  • Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable
  • Group bookings follow contract-specific terms
  • Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia or Booking.com are subject to that platform’s cancellation policy
