  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the first night’s projected charges.
  • Cancellations made on the day of arrival: 100% of the first night’s projected charges.

  • Flexible Rates may allow penalty-free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.
  • Group bookings follow contract-specific terms.
  • Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia or Booking.com are subject to the cancellation policies of those platforms.

Deposit Transfer Option: Guests may choose to transfer any paid deposit to a non-expiring Smoky Mountain Resorts e-gift card instead of canceling, to use toward future stays.
