For reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the first night’s projected charges will apply. For reservations canceled on the day of arrival, a Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the first night’s projected costs will apply. Starting October 1st, 2024, instead of canceling your reservation, Smoky Mountain Resorts can transfer your deposit to a non-expiring e-gift card, which you can use toward any future reservation.
